The Role

This role is a permanent night shift role, responsible for administrative tasks, conducting regular patrols, responding to emergencies, crowd control and maintaining behavioural standards within the Village.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated relevant work experience within the commercial hospitality industry
  • The ability to work autonomously on permanent night shift
  • Certificate II in Security Operations (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (RMLV preferred)

The Role

This position is a hands on role within the team and is responsible for managing the housekeeping department, including rostering, organising and supervising the work, conducting daily room audits, and general administration, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with other departments and guests.

This is a senior role responsible for all village operations including employee development and management (including performance management), client relations, maintaining HSQE and ISO Quality Assurance Certifications, auditing, budgeting and reporting.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated relevant work experience in a management level role within the commercial hospitality industry
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or hospitality discipline (desirable)
  • Certificate II in Security Operations (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (RMLV preferred)
