Cloud-Based Facility Management Audit System
In an effort to eliminate the inefficiencies that can be associated with manual paper-based facility audit programs, Civeo has innovated its monitoring systems, processes, and tools with the implementation of INNspector. This modern app-based program leverages real-time data collection and automated reporting to ensure the tactical execution of cleaning and maintenance programs are being performed consistently and to the highest standards.
Data collection highlights trends that can influence informed decisions on how best to manage each facility. Trend analysis can identify potential issues before they become problematic, and ultimately result in changes to cleaning protocols, updates to staff training programs, or adjusted frequency of preventative maintenance measures.
Floor Cleaning Robotics & Automation
For many facilities, the manual floor maintenance activities of mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming are an excellent opportunity to apply cost-saving automation. Where appropriate, automation can free up personnel to be redeployed on tasks where manual human intervention provides more value.
Civeo’s automated floor cleaning systems operate on a programmable schedule using deep learning technology and sensors to perceive environmental changes with accuracy. When obstacles are sensed, the system updates its mapping and reroutes the cleaning pathway in real time.
Integrated docking stations also reduce the need for human intervention for system maintenance. As units return to their home base, the docking stations charge batteries, empty and rinse dirty water tanks, and refill clean water tanks to be ready for the next cleaning cycle.
