Bradley J. Dodson
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Dodson is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Civeo. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Dodson held several executive positions with Oil States International, Inc., a global provider of integrated energy systems and solutions, from March 2001 to May 2014, including serving as Executive Vice President, Accommodations from December 2013 to May 2014, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from April 2010 to December 2013, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from May 2006 to April 2010, Vice President, Corporate Development from March 2003 to May 2006 and Director of Business Development from March 2001 to February 2003. From June 1998 to March 2001, Mr. Dodson served in several positions for L.E. Simmons & Associates, Incorporated, a private equity firm specializing in oilfield service investments. From July 1996 to June 1998, Mr. Dodson worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch & Co. He holds a M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. degree in economics from Duke University.
Peter McCann
Senior Vice President, Australia
Mr. McCann is the Senior Vice President, Australia. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President, Mr. McCann was Managing Director of The MAC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Civeo from June 2012 to June 2014. From January 2010 through June 2012, Mr. McCann was the Executive General Manager, Finance for The MAC. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. McCann served as Chief Financial Officer of Royal Wolf Trading, Australia’s largest distributor of shipping containers. From 2002 to 2004 Mr McCann was Chief Financial Officer for listed electronics distributor Strathfield Group Limited. Between 1998 and 2002 Mr McCann worked in the airline industry initially for listed regional carrier Hazelton Airlines Ltd as Chief Financial Officer then as General Manager Finance Customer Service for QANTAS Airways Limited, managing financial control across three global divisions. He also worked as an analyst for IBM Global Services. He began his career as a cadet accountant with Coopers & Lybrand Audit and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from the University of NSW.
Andrew S. Fraser
Senior Vice President, Canada
Mr. Fraser is the Senior Vice President, Canada. Prior to his appointment, Andrew (Andy) was CEO and Executive Chair of NCSG Crane and Heavy Haul and the previous CEO of Camex Equipment Sales and Rentals. During his 30 years of experience with Finning International, he held a variety of executive roles across the company’s Canadian and International operations. Andy brings a wealth of executive management experience in sales, marketing, operations and customer relations. Over the past 15 years, Andy has also served as a director on various boards, both locally and internationally, in energy, manufacturing and distribution. He also completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors, University of Alberta/Rotman, where he received his ICD.D designation. Andy has completed his GCB.D designation in ESG governance from Global Competent Boards in 2024 and has completed the Stanford Directors’ College Program in 2021.
Andy received his BA in Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, majoring in International Trade Theory. He then attended Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, where he received a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Project Research in Culture Change during Mergers and Acquisitions.
