Confirmation: Once your booking has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent from the Village. Once confirmed, bookings can only be amended or cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
Check In: Please have your reservation number handy for ease of check in. If you are making the booking on behalf of your workforce, please ensure the reservation number supplied in the confirmation email is passed on to all employees prior to arrival to Civeo.
Changes/Cancellations: Civeo has a 24 hour change/cancellation policy. Cancellation notifications or amendment requests received after the 24 hour cut-off will incur one occupied room night’s tariff for each of the rooms confirmed.
No Shows: If any rooms in the confirmed reservation are not occupied, it will be considered as a No Show. A No Show will incur one occupied room night’s tariff per room per night for up to two consecutive No Show nights. After two consecutive No Show nights without written notification, that room will be automatically recorded as departed.
Early Departures: All early departures require 24 hours’ prior notification. If notification is not received or received after the 24 hour cut-off, you will be charged one occupied room night’s tariff for each of the rooms confirmed and not occupied due to the early departure.
Charge: You acknowledge and agree that you provide Civeo with a credit card authorisation for any charges Civeo determine that you and/or your workforce may be likely to incur during the occupied dates, which includes but is not limited to any damage or loss of Civeo’s property. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the card issuer for a period of up to 14 days from the date of pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this practice please contact your card issuer.
Credit Card Payments: A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies to all credit cards: Mastercard & Visa [1.2%], Amex [2.2%]. Please note not all Civeo’s sites accept Amex cards.

During the credit card payment process you will be automatically directed to the Windcave website for payment and you may see the Windcave symbol.
