Confirmation: Once your booking has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent from the Village. Please check this confirmation to ensure all details are accurate and inform the Village reservations team immediately if there are any discrepancies. Once confirmed, bookings can only be amended or cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
Check In: Please have your reservation number handy for ease of check in. If you are making the booking on behalf of your workforce, please ensure the reservation number supplied in the confirmation email is passed on to all employees prior to arrival to Civeo.
Changes/Cancellations: Changes/Cancellation Policies differ between States for a variety of reasons so please review carefully
·Queensland Villages:
1. Civeo has a limited changes/no cancellation policy at all of its Queensland Villages. Once confirmed only limited modifications can be made as outlined below in paragraph 2.Cancellation notifications will incur 100% of the charge under the confirmed booking.
2. Limited Modifications: Name changes will be permitted to a confirmed booking, provided they are received prior to 10:00am on the day of arrival.
3. No Shows: If any rooms in the confirmed booking are not occupied, it will be considered as a No Show. A No Show will incur one occupied room night’s tariff per room per night for each No Show night.
·New South Wales and Western Australia Villages:

Casual Room Rate bookings:
1. Civeo has a limited changes/no cancellation policy for bookings where the Casual Rate applies at all of our NSW and Western Australian Villages. Once confirmed only limited modifications can be made as outlined below in paragraph 3. Cancellation notifications will incur 100% of the charge under the confirmed booking.

Flexible Room Rate bookings:

Civeo has a minimum 48 hour change/cancellation policy for bookings where the Flexible Room Rate applies at all of our NSW and Western Australian Villages. Cancellation notifications or modification requests that have not been received 48 hours’ prior to the check-in time under the confirmed booking will incur one occupied room night’s tariff for each of the rooms confirmed.
2. No Shows: If any rooms in the confirmed booking are not occupied, it will be considered as a No Show. A No Show will incur one occupied room night’s tariff per room per night for up to two consecutive No Show nights. After two consecutive No Show nights without written notification, that room will be automatically recorded as departed.
3. Early Departures: All early departures require 48 hours’ prior notification. If notification is not received or received after the 48 hour cut-off, you will be charged one occupied room night’s tariff for each of the rooms confirmed and not occupied due to the early departure.
Charge: You acknowledge and agree that you provide Civeo with a credit card authorisation for any charges Civeo determine that you and/or your workforce may be likely to incur during the occupied dates, which includes but is not limited to any damage or loss of Civeo’s property. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the card issuer for a period of up to 14 days from the date of pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this practice please contact your card issuer.
Credit Card Payments: A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies to all credit cards: Mastercard & Visa [1.2%], Amex [2.2%]. Please note not all Civeo’s sites accept Amex cards.
By providing valid credit card details you warrant that the credit card used is issued in your name, and where it is not in your name, you warrant that you have the appropriate authority of the credit card holder to use the credit card for making the booking and to validly accept the Terms & Conditions and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to the Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds on the credit card, otherwise you may not be able to complete a transaction. We are not responsible for the decisions of payment providers to allow you to use their service or provide any warranties or assurances about them. If you are unable to complete a transaction, you should use another valid credit card to confirm the booking.
