National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebrations

On June 21^st, Civeo and our community partners celebrated National Indigenous Peoples Day by hosting a series of events and learning activities across each of our Canadian properties.

This year’s festivities included tipi-raising ceremonies, drum and dance performances, and blessings. We also shared with our guests a special dinner service featuring a menu of regional Indigenous dishes.

National Indigenous Peoples Day provides an opportunity to celebrate the heritage, diverse cultures, languages, spiritual beliefs, and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples.
